Overview
Date: Thursday, August 28, 2025
Student Report Time: 4:30pm (Students may stay after school.)
What to Bring: Long BLACK socks; Drillmasters (if you are not receiving a new pair); Water Bottle; Instrument and all required accessories;
Game Day Itinerary
4:30pm – Students arrive, dinner provided (Paisanos Pizza)
5:00pm – Students begin to get their uniforms and change; 2025 Marching Hawks T-Shirts and Drillmasters will be distributed at this time.
5:45pm – Warm-up in Band Lot
6:30pm – Move to stadium for game; we will NOT be on the field for pregame tomorrow, so we will move directly into the stands.
7:00pm – Game begins
8:15pm (approx.) – Halftime; MH 2025 “The Dark Side”
9:30pm – Game ends; line up and march back to stadium. Store equipment, change out of uniforms, store uniforms properly, then make sure the band rooms and music wing are clear.
10:15pm – Dismissal as a group; parents ready to pick up students

Tuesday, August 12 - Marching Hawks Rehearsal; 5:00-8:00pm
Wednesday, August 13 - Marching Hawks Rehearsal; 5:00-8:00pm
Saturday, August 16 - TAG DAY #1 - Parents, you can still sign up to drive! https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0B4BACA92EA1FF2-57480605-preseason#/
8:00am - Students arrive; eat breakfast, change into uniform
8:40am - Students dismissed to drivers, drive to routes and begin tag day fundraising at 9:00am
Students will notify parents when they are finished. Some students will go out for multiple routes. Students will need money for lunch.
